1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking a stay at Apartments Muminović, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment

• Direct Bookings: To secure a reservation directly through our website, payment is required at the time of booking via our secure Stripe integration.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include local taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our direct booking cancellation policy is as follows:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (15:00 local time).
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or "no-shows" will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Note: If you booked via a third party (Airbnb, Booking.com), their specific cancellation policies apply.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM) onwards.
• Check-out: Strictly by 11:00 (11:00 AM) to allow us time to prepare for the next guests.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

5. House Rules and Guest Conduct

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we ask that you respect the following rules:

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 08:00 (8:00 AM).
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. You may smoke on the private terraces only.
• Parties: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for your apartment.
